Marine Sales Engineer 电气销售工程师

Goals/Mission

Sales for SIEMENS internal business and foreign business

Working Partners/Contacts

-Internal: Sales, Commercial, Quotation, Design, Project Management and After Service
-External: Overseas Siemens Corporations

Responsibility:

1. Handle SIEMENS internal business and export business including analysis technical inquiry, prepare offer and communicate with overseas SIEMENS sales or foreign customer
2. Develop the potential customers to enlarge our business.
3. Provide the optimized product and solution according to the requirements from customers
4. Build and maintain the relationship with customers, provide the best solutions to settle complaint.
5. Information collecting for marketing competition and figure out the sales strategy and collect the A/R

Knowledge/Languages

-Negotiation skill
-Presentation skill
-Good command of both written and spoken English
-Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
-Professional use of Microsoft Office software
-Good know-how of low-voltage cabinet products

Experience

-3+ years' experience in low-voltage cabinet products in sales or design, pre-sales, after service function
-Work experience in Design Institute or competitors is preferred
-Work experience in sales cooperation

HR Specialist

Responsibility:

1. Work with department managers to make hiring plans and ensure staffing targets are achieved.
2. Regular review and valuate job analyses, and gather salary data from the external local market to ensure adequate benchmarking internally.
3. Implement recruitment in coordination, screening, interviewing and extending offers to successful candidates.
4. Support department managers on performance management program.
5. Monitor improvement schedule for Employee Satisfaction Survey to encourage employee engagement, retention and motivation.
6. Identify legal requirements, government reporting regulations and company strategies affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above
- 2+ years experience in HR function
- Good at MS office, especially excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and oral English
- Be initiative and hard working, good communication skills
Order Process Engineer

Responsibilities:


1. Have a plan for whole project implementation, make budget for all orders to control the cost and storage level. Coordinate with customer, design, purchasing, logistics, production, QA and testing departments to ensure on time delivery
2. Establish good relationship with customers, well know customer need and convey it to relevant departments
3. Prepare purchasing list according to orders or turnover forecast, ensure on time purchasing for the purpose of production activities
4. Timely make modification to ensure documents accuracy among production, testing and design
5. Be in charge of storage check and coordinate with logistics and purchasing
6. Coordinate with production and QA to solve quality issues on time

Requirement:

-Bachelor degree majored in electric engineering or automation
-At least 3 years work experience in project management, order process, design or manufacturing, familiar with LV Cabinet
-Knowledge of mechanical-electrical production, be able to read engineering documents in English
-Good communication skill, cooperative, mature and resourceful, ability to work independently
-Good English with both oral and written


工作职责
1. 制定项目计划,预算成本,控制成本,协调客户与设计、采购、储运、生产、质量、售后服务等部门,确保按进度完成项目

-熟悉低压配电柜产品,有3年以上项目管理、订单处理、生产计划、电气柜设计或生产方面的工作经验
-具有电气生产基本知识,能看懂英语工程技术资料
-善于与人沟通、有团队合作精神、能独立开展工作
-熟练的英语听说读写能力
Marine Engineer 船用柜设计工程师

工作职责:


产品发货前提供船用柜专业技术的咨询及相关培训
针对客户需求,对柜体及设计图纸进行修改
为客户提供技术文件,如元器件清单,产品结构及接线图


Responsibilities:

Provide consulting service and basic technical training to customers before selling
Modify marine cabinets design drawing according to meet request from customers.
Prepare technical documents such as components list, product configuration, wiring diagram etc.

Requirement:
Electrical background.
3 years marine engineer experience
Be familiar with shipyard standard
Good communication skills and team spirit.

 
Mechanical Design Engineer 低压成套柜结构设计工程师

工作职责

1.负责优化新产品及产品国产化,使之符合客户要求
2.根据用户要求结合公司的标准结构盘柜进行基本和详细设计(出结构清单)
3.根据相关技术标准,设计结构图等技术资料,在规定的时间内配合车间完成项目
4.接受用户的技术咨询,向用户进行技术培训
5.接受用户对产品设计的质量投诉,支持售后服务工作

岗位要求

-大专以上学历,机械工程或机电一体化专业
-3-4年成套电气柜结构设计经验; 2-3年项目运作经验
-熟悉电气结构设计标准、制冷和外壳IP防护等级、电镀与油漆工艺
-与内部、外部客户良好沟通,及时解决质量问题
-熟练使用Microsoft office /AutoCAD /Solidworks
Senior Commercial Officer 资深商务/项目控制专员

Main Responsibilities:
1.Make contract evaluation and negotiation in respect of contract commercial terms and gross margin in order to avoid commercial risks according to Siemens related policy and regulation, e.g. contractual clause, contract deviation
2.Make forecast together with the colleagues from Sales and Production Department in Turnover, Cost, and Profit Margin for the new-signed contract
3.Timely update SAP data for project overview, account receivable overview use
4.Real-time control on the project cost via SAP System. Analyze and compare the cost according to the budget, the result needs to be feedback to related Dept. Check and issue Purchasing/ Sales Contract according to the Signature Mandate.
5.Involved in A/R Meeting once a month, accelerate the A/R collection together with sales and commercials.
6.Organize weekly meeting, keep dynamic control toward on-going project.
7.Organize Commercial Knowledge Training for Commercials and other related colleagues.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Financial or business major in top university.
2.5+ working experience in BA function, project-base or manufacturing background is preferred
3.Strong managing harmonization capability, master of building networking and trust.
4.Excellent in interpersonal skill, influencing skill and communication skills is a must.
5.SAP experience is preferred.
6.Excellent English in both written and oral.

IQC Engineer  进货检验工程师

Mission of Function: In order to control and improve incoming Material quality

Dimensions of Function:
Report to: Quality Manager; Subordinate: No

Contacts:
Internal: all staff
External: supplier, customer, the certificated service and government

Task/Responsibilities
1. Inspect the Material quality at supplier site
2. To negotiate with supplier for unqualified material
3. Tracking of supplier corrective and preventive measures
4. Statistical incoming goods inspection data
5. be responsible for all the management of measuring instruments

Experience:
1. 3+years working experience in the field of mechanical parts industry
2. More than 3 years work experiences about quality system ISO9001, IRIS, ISO14000&OHS18000
3. Good communication and coordination ability
4. Experiences in multi-national company; Good command of writing and reading English
Production QC  质量控制工程师

Mission: Strengthen product quality control management
Report to: Quality Manager
Subordinate: No
Internal Contacts: all staff
External Contacts: Supplier, Workshop Worker, Customer, the Certificated Service

Responsibility:
1.In charge of the related project's quality issue management, including supplier quality control, unqualified incoming material control, production process quality monitoring, and customer complain handing case, etc.
2.Analyze the root cause and make the corresponding preventive & corrective action of the nonconforming case and follow up.
3.Be in charge of process and product audit according to the planning. Monitor system procedures implementation in related project
4.Participate in customer's audit.
5.Follow up all the corrective action and effectiveness
6.Maintain quality related performance of company, Such as KPI and customer satisfaction. etc

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, electric, automation or related
- 5+years working experience in the field of mechanical parts industry and experiences in product quality management .
- Good team work as well as self-dependant. Good Communication skills.
- Good command of oral, writing and reading English.
- Experience in multi-national company is preferred.
